What We Do
Park Lane is owned by a Canadian couple who moved to Antigua in 2007 and fell in love with the country.
In Park Lane Properties Ltd, they know from experience that it is hard to find a home that ticks the boxes for the entire family without spending a small fortune on rent.
Park Lane is focused on providing rental homes that meet those standards. We have a portfolio of homes already in the rental market in convenient locations such as Cedar Valley, Marble Hill, Mount Pleasant, Crosbie’s and Blue Waters. We are now beginning development of our own projects as well.
We know people want:
- Proximity to work in or near St. Johns
- Proximity to schools
- Proximity to groceries stores and other services
- A yard for the dog
- A pool for the kids
- Reliable electricity (generator)
- Modern appliances
- Air conditioning
- Hurricane resistant (concrete construction and not on the beach)
