Property Description:

Micha’s Place is a fully furnished Four-bedroom house located in the residential community of Crosbies.

The main living area is designed with an open plan between kitchen and living room perfect for family movie and dinner nights. The living room is fitted with two large couches and flat screen TV. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all appliances to include a dishwasher.

The dining area offers an 8-seater dining table with additional space. From the living room double doors, you can enjoy the spacious outdoor lounge area or take a dip into the pool.

The master bedroom is en-suite with spacious wardrobe and storage. The two additional rooms have standing wardrobes and share a bathroom located in the hallway.

All bedrooms have an inverter air condition units and TVs. The house is connected to municipal services, an automatic backup generator and two additional water storage. The laundry room is equipped with washer, dryer, and storage Micha’s place has lots of Caribbean charm with its large outdoor spaces for one to enjoy the sunshine, island breeze or Sunday barbeque poolside all year round.

Perfect The villa is exactly as it shows on the photos. It’s in a quiet location perfect for relaxing. In walking distance of a small beach and just a short golf cart ride to another. If you don’t have access to a vehicle you will definitely find the golf cart useful for visiting restaurants and the supermarket. Everything went smoothly from day one and even when we ran out of gas for the BBQ this was replaced within hours.

Great villa in Jolly Harbour We were met at the property by Lucy and she showed us everything we'd need and gave us a local mobile to contact her at the end of the stay. Loved that the golf buggy was included in the rate - it would be quite a long walk to pop to the shop/bars without it. Villa was modern & comfortable and we experienced no issues. Felicia warned us before arrival that the next door property was having building works but we weren't disturbed by that at any point. All in all the stay was perfect and we hope to stay again on a trip to Antigua next year.

Wonderful experience We had a fantastic stay and experience renting here. The location is fantastic and the unit was perfect for our family. We had rented a car which was great for moving around the island and doing different things during our stay but you could get away with no car if you are only interested in activities at Jolly Harbour. Felicia and Patrea were very helpful upon check in and gave us plenty of notes on sites, restaurants, hiking, and activities to experience around the island. There is a grocery store at Jolly Harbour and Castaway's makes the beach experience very fun and easy. Also, if you stay here, make certain that you have at least one dinner at Miracles for a phenomenal meal. We look forward to coming back. Very easy, very fun and such a great time for us. We wouldn't change a thing.
